Frequently Asked Questions
If you are familiar with using a computer or smartphone, you should be able to program and load the device yourself. If you are uncomfortable with that, we suggest having a caregiver or someone else help you. Once the medications are loaded, all you need to do is go to Medi-Trust when you are notified and your medicines will be ready to take.
The rental fee for the device will be $100/month (Shipping not included). There will be a deposit charge of $200 that is non-refundable. There is also an additional monitoring fee of $20/month if needed.
Wi-fi is not necessary to use the device on its own to deliver your medications. If you want to transmit your information to a caregiver, provider, or pharmacy, you will need to get a Wi-Fi connection or use a hotspot with your cell phone or a similar device.
If you do not have anyone who can monitor, we will be happy to provide that service at an additional $20/month. If you do not take your medicine on time, someone from our company will give you a call to see if you are OK.
